The purpose of our processing of your information is to be able to provide our services, personal offers, inspiration and the best service. About GDPR and who is responsible for processing your personal data

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is applied since May 25th, 2018 in all European member states to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe. GLOW4equality AB (Swedish organization number 559223-1988) is the responsible data controller when it comes to personal data. This means that we are responsible for ensuring that all personal data we receive or collect is processed in accordance with applicable Swedish laws and regulations. 

What and how is data collected?

We collect personal information about our website-visitors via, for example, forms on our website. Type of information can be name, email address, IP number, interaction with us in social media or other details.

Consent

When you choose to give us personal information, you get the opportunity to give your consent for us to process your personal information. An example: If you agree that we communicate with you, put a tick in a checkbox where you enter your information. By submitting form data, you give consent to process your personal data, but if you send the form and do not give consent to communication, you will only receive information linked to the current form. You always have the right to revoke a given consent. Then further processing of your personal data ceases and they will be deleted within 30 days, unless another law requires further processing.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website or service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive via your browser (if you allow it). Cookies enable the site or service provider's system to recognize your browser and collect and remember certain information. We use cookies to compile information about site traffic and interactions in order to improve the user experience and tools in the future.

Storage and Security

Your personal information is secure with us. Processing of personal data takes place in accordance with current personal data legislation. Only a limited number of authorized persons have access to the data we work with large well-known storage systems to minimize the risk of intrusion. We do not store your personal information longer than necessary, however, no more than 36 months after our last contact.

Third Party

In addition to the fact that we store your information with our selected system suppliers, we do not sell or exchange your personal information in any other way to any external parties. The exception is joind events when information registered with us may be disclosed to our partners for the specific occasion.

Extract or delete personal data

You have the right to request a free register extract once a year, that means receive information about what information we have registered about you. The request must be in writing and signed. You can request that your personal information be supplemented or changed if it were incorrect or incomplete. You always have the right to request that your personal data be deleted or not used for marketing.
